Our Little Cubs program focuses on developing motor skills, balance and coordination. Our structured environment helps young children learn discipline, focus, and respect for others. It also encourages social interaction and teamwork, building confidence and self-esteem. Additionally, physical activity promotes overall health while laying the foundation for an active lifestyle from a young age.
LITTLE TIGER
Growing Together
(Ages 5-6)
Our Little Tiger classes use Tae Kwon Do techniques to develop balance, coordination, and gross motor skills. Little Tigers run, jump, kick, and have a great time all while improving focus and discipline. Classes are also designed to help Little Tigers develop social skills as they practice in a group, cooperate with a partner, and learn to focus on a teacher and follow verbal directions. Little Tiger classes will help to prepare your child for greater success at home, school, and in other team sports.


JUNIOR
Master The Skills
(Ages 7-12)
Our Junior martial arts program was designed to help your child achieve greater success in life by providing training designed to enhance physical, mental, and social development.Your child will participate in a series of drills and skills that work on developing strength, flexibility, and endurance while increasing coordination, reflexes, and athletic skills. Best of all, your child will love the excitement of learning Tae Kwon Do kicks, forms, and self-defense.
ADULT
Personal Improvement
(Ages 13 & Above)
Most adult martial arts students start with no previous experience and are seeking a variety of benefits such as exercise, stress relief, self-defense, and personal development. Our adult program offers a comprehensive fitness program with the added benefit of self-defense and overall self-improvement. Our instructors are certified and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.
